They are a great team who really care so very helpful you don’t feel like a number I’m very impressed with the speed and how on the ball they are it takes a lot of stress out my life handling his bills and keeping check that no one’s out to lake him down and not have to worry if something happens to me all his bills will be taken care of

Do not use. Incompetent and inept to say the least of it. No carer has the time to be dealing with people who cannot follow a simple email thread or their own reference numbers, read subject lines or anything that requires simple reading comprehension. My sons funding is actively not getting used because it has taken 3 weeks of back and forth to have a simple $48 reimbursed, and we're at it again now. Once again, DO NOT USE.

I'm only new to my plan manager via a recommendation, I have to say that they know exactly what they're doing ,they respond fast and communicate extremely well, they have the app which anyone can understand and navigate quite easily, I highly recommend them for anyone looking for great service, thanks mpm.
