Inspiro

Horrified is an understatement. I was assessed via telephone triage a few weeks ago. Advised to come and do the 2hr sit and wait. Was then sent away once I questioned if I was going to be seen when I had already been sitting there for 2 hours. Have been to a different dentist today who were absolutely gobsmacked that I was not attended to immediately by Inspiro. I now have an incredibly severe infection in a tooth and as a result, my tooth has since snapped and I am unable to work or sleep. Inspiro had a duty of care to attend to me when I was there, however apparently a major health risk isn’t enough to be seen. Will be reporting Inspiro for their lack of duty of care. They should be truly ashamed.

I'm forever grateful to a treatment nurse at Inspiro who has twice now helped intervene in my life to help me make dramatic and necessary changes. I've always felt supported, understood and listened-to by this person and by Inspiro by extension. I am grateful that institutions like this exist and are accessible to the broader public.

I have been to Inspiro for dental work numerous times and have always had wonderful dentists/dental hygienists here. Very professional, friendly and experienced. They always explain what they are going to be doing and make sure you're comfortable. Highly recommend
