Inspiro

I had the best experience at Inspiro, first with the lovely female dentist, I really think she looked old enough but was anmazing, and then getting new dentures with Craig Whitehead. Very professional friendly and I’m very happy with my new denture.

My first Councillor was wonderful, however after one year they forced me out of the program and sent me to another two different people. The first one was nice but completely unhelpful, it’s like she didn’t even have training, she simply asked me “how has your week been” as if we were making small talk. It was awkward and she didn’t prompt me or ask me anything besides something your ask your family after work. The other guy was also awkward and unhelpful.

My mum went there today, she has servere teeth and gums issues, the lady I believe by accident cut her gum and she needed stitches. The lady didn't admit her mistake and didn't offer my mum really anything, she was and still is in so much pain. She just said "get some sleep"

Great to have a community clinic that has helped me and my children many times over the years across a number of services, including Speech, OT, Dental, Counselling and Exercise Physiology. I have recently had a positive experience with Cathy the dentist and her assistant. I am neurodivergent and have dental anxiety and the need to know what is happening. Dr Cathy is incredible. She is compassionate and gentle. Her tone of voice calms me down and both Cathy and the dental nurse (so sorry i forgot her name) look after you when you're nervous and comfort you, they're very aware of your body actions as I myself like to wear a fidget ring and it must show my nerves which they respond to in a caring manner. I am so grateful for the care provided by the Inspiro team in every way possible. Thank you 👏

I have been coming to Inspiro for years now and just recently was fitted for new dentures with Craig Whitehead and Assistant... All the staff are lovely and caring. The dentists I have had in the past have also been excellent. Today I picked up my new dentures and they fit nice and snug. Craig has done a wonderful job. Thankyou. I may need to come back for an adjustment but will give it a few days and see. Thankyou to everyone involved. Helena
