Fantastic experience with Kidsafe Qld. They installed the car seat and gave us a full demonstration of how it works in no time at all and were very happy to answer all our silly little questions. Both Husband and I feel confident and happy that the seat is installed correctly and will offer 100% protection for baby when he arrives.

My husband and I both got our baby car seats fitted. Very grateful for the free service. The lady that installed was very thorough in guiding us how to put the baby in and what to look out for as well. Hopefully the free fitting initiative can continue to benefit more future parents.

I used their services several times for the installation/check of our baby capsules and car seats. Without exception their staff have always been super friendly and generous regarding their time and advice given. It's also handy that they can sell you additional parts (brackets or similar) at a reasonable price to ensure the best fit.

Thank you to Mel who did a free seat check of my carseat today. She fixed a couple of things, explained what she was doing and why, and showed me how to put baby in safely. Will definitely be going for a follow up when baby is here to check they're harnessed up correctly.
