Following an explosive nappy incident requiring a complete removal and clean of the seat I booked an appointment with Kidsafe at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane to ensure I had correctly reinstalled the seat. The consultant could not have been more professional or helpful, kindly checking our other seat at the same time, and providing a list of suggested seats for when the children are older and when we're travelling. It's a wonderful service and I highly recommend it. Thank you Kidsafe!

We had the free check up this morning at Mt Gravatt Plaza and it was very good. Very professional, I highly recommend to get you car seat (s) check with them.

What an amazing service! Aaron was friendly, efficient and clearly explained what he was checking and the changes made. It all made perfect sense, unlike the instructions that come with the car seat. On the way home, my son sat comfortably in his seat without complaining for the first time ever. I would recommend this service to anyone who has fitted their own seats or if their children have grown since having their seats professionally fitted. Thanks again.
