My mother Rosamund Heritage is a resident at Fullarton Lutheran Homes. Her care lately has been haphazard to see the least. Rosamund nearly choked from forced feeding by a carer who did not mash the stale cake properly with cream for a lady who cannot eat solid food.Disgraceful behavuior. Edits are impossible as FLH do not want the truth to be known about their resident's care..Today mum was given a glass without a funnel by a staff member Uncaring disgraceful behavuior .
