Lifeful Coordination And Management

My NDIS plan is managed with LifeFul and they always pay my providers on time and give me great advice on how I can utilise my plan. They have really helped me take control of my life and I am very grateful for this.

I have just gone through a review and am really happy with the result. The NDIS is so confusing to me but my support coordinator is very patient with me and always takes the time to walk me through every step and now I have an excellent support worker. Thank you lifeful.

Lifeful of empty promises and incompetence. They will blame you for their failings and make you do thier job. Do not expect duty of care to be adhered to, there is no care and they care not about duty. I had to apologize to motel staff for Glen the CEO's terrible attitude and making motel staff do his job. When I tried to speak to Glen he spoke over me agressivly until I dropped the subject. The image shows them abusing another victim. The email screenshot is from the National Operations Manager threatening me in response to my ACCURATE AND TRUTHFUL review, horrible people from top down.

Lifeful has used my excellent reputation as an disability advocate in a way to entice clients (who are people with disabilities) to his business. In marketing the Lifeful service, Glenn Campbell used my photo without permission, advertised my private phone number and states clearly in the blog, "I work with this service". The fact is: I do not work for this service and I don't have anything to do with this group. The purpose of advertising, is to entice clients to use this service because I have a strong and ethical reputation in the disability community. This advertising is a trick and people need to be aware. Additionally, there are a number of issues in terms practices and past practices, I am concerned about. My opinion is, under the current codes of practice in the NDIS, I would not feel confident with this service. Please, find another service who is ethical and actually supports people with disabilities and their families. The organisation never paid me for any work I did for them. I would not work for them nor would I use them as a service. The response by Glen Cambell should highlight to the reader some serious issues which means you under no circumstance should use this organisation at all. Please be aware too, many reviews are done by family members and friends of the busines owners: I would questions some of these reviews on this site. My work in the disability sector to try and call out unethical providers continues.

An AMAZING organisation! Easy to communicate with, swift with enquiries. Great all round plan management team. They have all you need in one place! We have been a client for a few years now and can not fault them! 10/10
