Very bad office i never get help still waiting and waiting its been 10 years

Ok, where do I start from! Absolutely unprofessional and unethical people to deal with. I had inspected property 7/51 Lachlan Street Warwick Farm NSW on 16th December and was told it will be cleaned including carpet steam cleaned and all repair work will be done. Move-in / lease-start date was agreed to be 09/01/23 so they had good 3 weeks to act on what they agreed. Picked-up keys on 09/01/23 and went into the property finding that nothing was done. No cleaning or repair work was carried though I was told during these 3 weeks that work is in progress. I called Tara and explained and she said it was cleaned (lie) and some of the repair work will be carried on later. I said I don't mind if repair is done later but it has to be cleaned and she kept insisting it was cleaned. Carpet still had ridiculous marks on it and woods chips were all over the carpet around the doors. I said I am not accepting the property in this condition and she went straight to "lease break" and said if you want to break the lease there is 4 weeks penalty etc. etc. etc. and I said I don't mind, let's go to Tribunal and decide there and she said she'll call back in few minutes. She called me back and said after talking to owner and management, owner isn't ready to spend any money on repair/cleaning of the property and management is happy to waive break fee and also refund my 2 weeks advance rent (which I have not received till date). I, my wife and our 3 kids were left in ridiculous situation where we had no idea where we'll go after that week because we already had given notice to current landlord and new tenant was secured for that property so extension was impossible. With 3 kids and little one only 7 months old, we spent entire week running on the road to find roof over our heads. The purpose of this review is not to show anger but if any one reading this can stay away from these fancy looking scammers, the purpose is served. What they did to me was not unprofessional, it was unethical. Even after promise from Tara that I'll be refunded my 2 weeks advance rent within 2-5 business days they still haven't paid and now Tara has stopped responding on emails / messages. one liner: If you see any property advertised with Link Wentworth on it run as fast as you can after spitting on it!

It was a really happy 40th anniversary lunch at The Asquith Club on Monday. Met some lovely new people & learned a lot about the organisation. Thanks to all who attended & organised everything. The meal was wonderful. A great day

Ashley Waugh is a horrible liar and unprofessional woman I have ever seen in my life. Tenants beware.. I can not make review 0 stars unfortunately. The worst real state I have ever seen. Very mean and rude staff. Very disappointed and frustrated experience with link housing. I have been waiting since 02/06/2020 for respond still no respond. disgraceful to deal with. Spoke to multiple staff members all who have no idea what they are doing. The staff are rude and very very bad people. I found them very client focused and never cared about tenants. Arrogant and rude people to speak with. These people are filth . Absolutly trash, the worst real estate I have ever known. screamimg on the phone when you are calling to enquire, no greetings, terrible. I do not recommend Ashley Waugh, Horrible service , big liar. How ever, they try their very best to rip you off. I feel very sorry for any tenants or owners who have to deal with these people. When ever you call them they are out of the office and they never call you back . The rudeness & inappropriate manner in the way she speaks is undeniably the worst we have ever been spoken too. I encourage you to spread kindness & not to treat people with such disrespect & disregard. Brutally rude & dismissive both on the phone and in person. So sad.

Unresponsive and unreliable, does not have landlord's interest in mind at all. Do not allow link housing to manage your property. My property Manager (Tara) did not return calls, did not conduct the required inspections and did not follow up on the required items. This behaviour is endorsed by the team leader, don't bother with complaints
