Well I filled all the criteria and this MARA said they wouldn't help as I had to go to Brisbane as I was issued a fraudulent CHANGE OF NAME CERTIFICATE WHICH I could have ended up in jail so it had to be corrected no heart for people thanks so left me on the street wonderful isn't it

I’ve been living at my place for nearly two years now and I must say Rachael has been a fantastic property manager. Every time I’ve had a problem or query, she’s sorted it out immediately. Always very nice and professional.

I have currently been without reliable electricity. Meaning it’s off more than it is on. I have been dealing with this for THIRTY DAYS! I informed my tenancy manager as soon as it happened. A lot of going back and forwards but I still DON’T have reliable electricity!!! I’ve thrown out all of my food because it spoiled food and cannot afford to buy anything until my Centrelink payment in five days! I am sick to death eating sandwiches. I don’t suppose LW is going to reimburse me for the food I had to throw away? It’s been 37° for the last two days. It’s hot! I can’t even turn the fan on without the dammed electricity tripping. I need the light on at night to sleep and I can’t because I have no electricity. I’m this close to grabbing my pillow and blanket to sleep outside the laundry because that light stays on all night! They said my electricity would get fixed yesterday. Did it get fixed? I bet you know where this is going- NOPE!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can someone fix my electricity!!! I don’t think this asking too much!

I have been living in this small tiny old house for 4 years, 2 years ago I asked for a transfer due to my large family and living conditions. My 17 yrs son and 9 yrs daughter sharing a bunk bed in small room, my 19 years old son has his own room but with all his siblings closet in his room. And the property manager telling me to rent private property my self if I’m not happy.
