Marsden Therapy

Had worst experience. My child 3 yrs old was seen by Siu Chan. Initially I was told the assessment based on child co - operation, it may go from 30 to 60 minutes. Therapist didn't take any effort to engage the child, asking questions to mom most of the time. When she showed some pics to identify my child he got bored and tired. She was not child friendly didn't take any effort to engage my child. After 1 hr session she told me to come back few months later when child is ready to interact. She charged $290 and no report was given. I insisted the reception to give report

The website states the wrong times for operating hours, which is annoying. However, what's very disappointing is that I called just before 5pm and the phone lines were already off. I had an important enquiry to make, however what if someone had a serious concern (not emergency) regarding their child. That would be such a bad experience if they were relying on you to be available during your operating hours.

Very happy with the service. My son is taking OT sessions with Summit Saha. Very helpful and productive sessions. He educates parents as well how to deal with their child at home.
