Can't speak highly enough of Moira. Have dealt with them for years, even pre NDIS. Moira are always in tune with changes in government policy and needs of carers and those they care for. Their service is very simple and streamlined and it regularly adapts to continue with clear help and information but to also keep the job simple for carers so we can continue looking after our special people. Moira staff are always very helpful, approachable and friendly when you call as well. It's like chatting with a good friend. Moira even stepped up during the covid pandemic offering three free counselling services to carers as they were rightly concerned we were doing it particularly tough during this difficult time. MOIRA has been exceptional in assisting and working with me despite my son's NDIA plan being incorrectly formulated - the light touch review the NDIA was meant to complete took too long. MOIRA assisted with liaising with our Coordinator and NDIA. They then formulated a solution and ensured our urgent claims for consumables went through quickly and smoothly during this stressful COVID crisis. Much love to MOIRA and their amazing staff.

Every time I need to call always end up chatting with a competent caring and considerate staff member it is always helpful to be able to have a quiet laugh amongst the daily challenges of supporting someone with multiple disabilities

MOIRA have been an excellent organisation to do business with over the past four months. They give detailed instructions on how best to send invoices to them, which helps eliminate confusion. The one time I have had to call with a query about an invoice the staff member I spoke to was friendly and professional and explained the issue I was confused about quickly and clearly. At this time I have had no issues with MOIRA, my experience has been great.

I've been with Moira for about 6months. I chose them when I started with the NDIS. I've found them good. Some things I was concerned about but the information they gave was very helpful. They've explained why information is being sent to me and how to respond to it. Sometimes I don't understand everything and they explain it all to me. I know I don't have to be concerned because I can call them and speak to them.
