We use MOIRA for my daughter and have found their plan management service to be very good so far. They're prompt and polite, and always listen to my feedback. I would like to get itemised codes for invoices, they dealt with my query in a very helpful way. They send me invoices to authorise and everything has been good!

We use this service on behalf of my daughter to pay all our related invoices. In the beginning, there were a few hiccups, but now they're absolutely fantastic. They pay invoices in three days and all the staff are really pleasant to speak to. Even if you leave a message, they get straight back to you. It's really, really good!

I have dealt with MOIRA for a number of years prior with ISP and currently with their plan management team. They are great at what they do. The key thing is that their call centre is always available and lovely. They pay invoices very quickly within a few days. There has been previous issues with NDIS which resulted in delays with invoice payments at no fault of MOIRA, but they keep me and our therapist informed every step of the way. They do a great job and I would certainly recommend them.

Always been very happy with the service and disability experience from Moira. The payment times are great and I always recommend Moira when asked about finding a reliable plan manager. Keep up the great work.

I have had to call MOIRA for any advice I have always received professional attention on any enquiry relating the NDIS...All staff members I have spoken to are understanding and helpful though sorry but some support coordinators are not always professional and have empathy.. The newsletter is very helpful also. No bad words from this satisfied customer.
