The team at Moira are easy to deal with, caring and very accurate in all my dealings. The team are helpful, very quick to action items and super friendly, they also explain things in an easy to understand manner. Reporting is spot on, documentation provided if additional is requested. I recommended Moira to anyone needing a great plan management provider. They are a great team.

My experience is from a provider point of view. Initially invoice payments were slow but usually resolved with a phone call. Over the past 2 months payment turnaround has dramatically improved and usually within 3 business days. Throughout my dealings with Moira, the phone staff have always been great to speak to and always willing to help.

This Plan Management Provider is slow and payment to Service Providers is delayed, sometimes by months. This creates tensions between all parties involved. I am changing my PMP and I would not recommend. However, to their credit, they have made significant improvements over the past couple of months.

As a provider, we have been attending a few participants whose plans are managed by MOIRA. Initially, our team was a bit skeptic about onboarding those participants due to perceptions about MOIRA's delay in payments. However, while there is about 2 weeks delay in releasing payments, we were quite surprised by the quality of their processes. They have robust systems in place to ensure that the interests of the participants are always protected best. We had to contact Moira over the phone a few times and the people answered were generally helpful and honest. I would give 5 star rating to MOIRA

I am a provider for NDIS-funded therapy services and there is always a problem with Moira paying invoices. Every invoice seems to be lost or just ignored. There are many other plan managers available who provide a timely, professional service. It is also pointless spending time on the phone following up unpaid invoices, it’s never followed up. Please avoid, avoid!
