Google MapsI had my first appointment with Anne and it was great. She did a really thorough assessment and immediately came up with a plan to address my injury. Dry needling was also used to provide immediate relief and to start the process of fixing the root cause of the problem. I'll definitely be coming back.

She’s professional, knowledgeable and patient in understanding my needs, preference and then suggested treatment plan. Great improvement on my neck and glutes injured areas after initial sessions. Google MapsAnne, Cathal and the team here are fantastic! They take time to understand the issue and work with you on a plan that is going to suit your needs. They also take time to actually explain the mechanics so you know why you are doing certain exercises and how it all connects in to other parts of the body. The pilates studio is great too - the instructors are excellent and can tailor exercises to any level/injury. Highly recommend!
