Movement 101

My experience with this clinic had been far from satisfactory after attending it a few months ago. This was my first time seeing a physio, and, since I’m not covered by insurance, I had to pay $170 for the session. The initial history taking took 40 minutes with only 5 minutes spent on examination/assessment, followed by a mere 1 minute of treatment—which was just teaching me how to grab a towel. I don’t think this is appropriate. Despite this, I still gave her another chance. To my surprise, she asked me the same set of questions that had already been covered during the first appointment. I felt this was a waste of time since I saw her only two days after the initial session—unless she simply did not write any notes from the first appointment. The second appointment was slightly better because there was some actual treatment (soft-tissue work, which I had to specifically ask for), but her attitude was very poor as she was putting the blame on me.

I had an amazing experience at Movement 101! Rob was exceptional—super patient and incredibly clear with my recovery plan. He regularly checked in to ensure I was making progress, which made a huge difference. The atmosphere was friendly and supportive, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my treatment. I highly recommend Movement 101 for anyone looking for quality physiotherapy!

I've been coming to M101 Wolli Creek for a good few months now. Reception are always polite and friendly and they return your calls if they miss them, which is very refreshing. I've had a few injuries occur (hence the reason I've been coming for a while) which Annie has worked with me and fully remediated each of my injuries through a mix of massage, needling, exercises and stretches. Annie really seeks to understand the root cause and not just treat the symptoms. This place is not about making money, they really do want to see you healed and not just rock up and pay endlessly. Easily the best physio I've been to.

Annika is just the best! I have been working with her for a few months now on improving my strength and overall fitness. I see her every few weeks - we review what I have been doing - and then she adjusts my plan according to my progress. It just is just so easy and effective, I am seeing some great results. ​Elizabeth Hakim is such a professional physio. I have been seeing her for 3 months and have done every exercise she taught me. The results are great. My back pain and the hip problems that have bothered me for years have been greatly relieved. There's also a massive improvement in my posture. Her expertise is highly reliable. Plus, her caring and cheerful attitude makes me feel at ease. Highly recommended!
