Google MapsMy experience with this clinic had been far from satisfactory after attending it a few months ago. This was my first time seeing a physio, and, since I’m not covered by insurance, I had to pay $170 for the session. The initial history taking took 40 minutes with only 5 minutes spent on examination/assessment, followed by a mere 1 minute of treatment—which was just teaching me how to grab a towel. I don’t think this is appropriate. Despite this, I still gave her another chance. To my surprise, she asked me the same set of questions that had already been covered during the first appointment. I felt this was a waste of time since I saw her only two days after the initial session—unless she simply did not write any notes from the first appointment. The second appointment was slightly better because there was some actual treatment (soft-tissue work, which I had to specifically ask for), but her attitude was very poor as she was putting the blame on me.
