The most horrible and disgust experience ever, couple of days ago, my family member was attended by one of the rudest healthcare staff Leanne Shannon so called unit manager. She treat people like slaves nd no sense of talking to the family members. She does not shows any empathy to anyone. I feels extremely sorry for the people’s who are working and being treated under her supervision...

Been there for 4wks with 2 remaining for post-op rehab. Physio dept are very good and sessions on heart health are informative.

Reception staff very helpful. Be wary of where you park and display ticket when you visit. If you are making a short visit, reception staff help make a phone call so your car is not pulled up for a fine.

Not a good place to recover for an old man sharing a room with and old lady yelling all day ,very depressing for my dad. Rooms without a toilet and bathroom ,they all get to share one toilet, not very hygienic. Can't wait to get him out of there

Warning to all- do not allow your loved ones to attend this horrible, depressing place. Staff are only concerned with absolving themselves of legal responsibility rather than actual care. Doctors, social workers, occupational therapist and HARP social workers emotionless, uncaring and cold hearted in their so called “duty of care”.
