A rogue NDIS provider preying on the vulnerable. They are getting bolder and daring with their actions. Besides breaching serious misconduct and mistreatment to our son, they manipulated their dismissal and took us to VCAT asking the court to remove our guardianship of our son. A righteous decision by the tribunal stopping their disgraceful action. Their evil plans are to turn the vulnerable into a commodity and benefit financially from them. No integrity or sympathy being shown. Disgrace!!

Very slow in responding. Follows me up for aspects of care required for their client, rather than pursuing. I find after some 6 months now I am doing a lot of their work. Aspects that I would have thought the provider would cover I have been doing.

Would highly recommend OnCALL! My support workers are highly trained and professional, and are matched to suit my needs and lifestyle. The OnCALL staff are also knowledgeable and easy to get in touch with which is very good for when changes occur. 10/10!
