Where to start with this company? I cannot praise pure living enough they are the most caring and supportive company that I know they care for their participants so much and are always pushing their participants to become better versions of themselves the staff are always polite, respectful and caring. The management is on a whole other level compared to most companies that I know they are always there to help and they always try and make their participants lives better. Once again cannot recommend them enough.

I don’t know where we would be without Stevie and the amazing team at Pure Living Accommodation. My sister entered care around 2 years ago and has made incredible improvements with their guidance and support. As her carer, I am included and supported with the decision making, and I trust each of the team implicitly with the day-to-day care needs of my sister. Highly recommend Pure Living Accommodation and Care to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, compassionate, caring team.

Pure Living has been absolutely fantastic. The management team is not only professional but also genuinely dedicated to support individuals with disability. The staff are incredibly compassionate and consistently go above and beyond to create a positive and empowering environment. Hate to write reviews about other businesses but feel this required now due to what happen online on facebook NDIS group Newcastle. Contacted Stevie Lee Molina - Director in November 2024 looking for supports, she had sent out support person for a trial shift. Me, Mum & my support person said she wouldn't be great fit for me due to lack in skills & experience. I don't think anyone should feel to be pressured to have support person if they don't feel comfortable or feel any sort of connection to have support relationship doing shifts. She then went on Facebook using negative comment about unpaid invoice and not to provide supports to me and beware. I am disabled participant of NDIS and feel this company shouldn't of approached me this way online when I was looking for supports. She said she tried to contact me but no signs of contact even though mobile number is disconnected and plan manager she sent invoice to is no longer my plan manager. She could simply contacted me via email as still have current email to arrange to get this invoice paid by my new plan manager. Again this was out of my control she was unpaid as had no communication from her, or even knew if her invoice was paid. I feel was not even a shift that she was sent home that she should not be paid due to more like meet and greet then support shift. Would kindly appreciate a apology and email to rectify this invoice, as I do get my invoices paid for all providers who support me. Kind Regards Michael
