If I could leave a no star rating I would. I wouldn't go with this company again if it was the last support coordination company left. Glad to be going with our support coordinator who actually helped us. This company did nothing for us.

Let one of my clients down greatly. A staff member used one of their relatives to do a job they were not qualified to do and this caused disastrous consequences nd trauma still being felt by the client.
