Google MapsStephanie, Natalie, and the whole team at Right at Home are a pleasure to work with. They genuinely care for their clients and only engage with third parties that align with their values! 10/10

Google MapsI really appreciate how well the staff works together. It really helps us provide better care. Our clients are happy with the care they receive, which shows how hard our team works. This teamwork and dedication make a big difference in the quality of service we offer.

Google MapsI attended a one-hour information session on Navigating Home Care at Hornsby on 26th March, conducted by Natalie Hollings of "Right at Home." I found the session very useful. There was a comfortable atmosphere so that the participants felt at ease to ask the questions important to them. Natalie outlined a complicated system clearly, with extremely useful handouts and informative slides. I thought at times she could have spoken more slowly (I am elderly and deaf!) but I felt OK about asking for clarification of information I may have not heard. I was interested in the changes in aged care funding due to come in on 1 July 2025. Natalie explained that some of the details are not yet clear, but that there will be an emphasis on speedy assessment and speedy commencement of service for home care in order to keep people at home rather than in nursing homes. However those who can pay will need to pay more for their services. It was a pity that more older folk had not come to the very informative meeting. Those who did come learnt a lot from the presenter and from each other. Mary Young
