Google MapsI attended an information session on "Navigating the Aged Care Sector" presented by Natalie Hollings at the Hornsby Library on Wednesday 16 June assisting my retired parents. Natalie was an expert at breaking down the new complex Commonwealth Government Support at Home system that is being introduced. Her fantastic communication skills and ability to personally engage with the participants such that it could be clearly understood was invaluable. It was so nice not to have someone just talking, but taking questions and discussing the difficulties and possible solutions. For those who are requiring assistance at home, or are lost trying to understand the system, I urge you to attend one of Natalie's information sessions. My understand is that they are conducted regularly in the Hornsby Library. Thanks Natalie & Right at Home.
