We have been at this gp for over 5 years non-stop as they have the BEST doctors known to mankind and swell as Dr Maimuna Akbar as she is the calmest sweetest and friendliest doctor. Although the time management is bad but you can't blame them as there is like 50 people coming here per day. In conclusion this is my best trusting gp I have ever gone to than the rest.

One star for doctors because they are really good. My only concern is the lack of administrative oversight. I am unsure as to how the pathology forms are being sent out but they had my name misspelled, my private insurance number wasn't applied even if I have one and presented my ID in reception area TWICE. I'm not sure where the issue is but as someone who's working on operational side of a company, regardless if the doctors got it wrong, the reception/administration team must ensure that the administrative works behind it (such as making sure that names are correct, private insurance is used) are done properly. Now I have to go back again to the clinic just so I can amend a single letter in my name + include my second name and get charged again for an appointment. Initially they said that they'll just have the appointment for that matter and send the amended form to me via email, no need for me to appear since the tests and consults have been done and it's merely just for the form so I can claim it under my private health insurance (since again, they didn't indicate my private insurance). Then I got a call that I will be charged for telehealth since the doctor will need to speak with me. I don't even know what to say because all I need is just for a letter in my name to be amended, and for a part of first name to be included, which are all in my private insurance card that I presented twice. All of these could have been avoided if the team did a double check of what's on the form versus what's on my private health card versus what's on the system. It was the pathology lab who informed me that my name should be complete, including seconds names, in the system, which I hope was brought up the first time I visited, considering that I've been using my card for the consult and they've been charging those appointments in there (they definitely would know that the one in the system is incomplete). I hope the team can be more meticulous with details because it's not just about having a name misspelled but a possibility of getting my claims denied for something worth 200 dollars which are practically covered by my private insurance.

I have been at this family practice for me and my family over 5 years. Recently i visited this clinic to checkup for my mother. My mother was very happy with the service provided by Dr Maimuna Akbar and Nurse Jaswinder kaur. Both are very professional, caring, friendly, and pleasant. Overall, both are “well versed”. Highly recommended this place to get good health.👍👍👍👍
