I have been visiting this clinic for over five years, and the service has always been excellent. The entire team is caring and professional. I feel truly grateful to have Dr. Akbar as my GP. She is an incredible doctor who not only listens carefully to my concerns but also understands my emotions and the challenges I face. Every consultation with her brings a sense of relief and peace of mind. Her compassionate approach and the genuine care she shows make a big difference in my health journey. I feel truly blessed to have her as my doctor. May God bless her always.

Receptionist not professional we had appointment at 1.10 pm but been waiting up to 90 minutes if you can’t see patients on time then don’t give an appointment. If patients couldn’t show up they charge everyone is just ripping off…. Hope someone take action against them. Because there is no fun to waiting but they keep over booking so they can make more money.

When I went to the doctors this morning, I was advised to get blood work done. The lovely lady in pathology today that took my blood I would say is really good at her job barely felt a little pinch when she inserted the needle, which was amazing considering I’ve had bad experiences at other places when getting blood withdrawn. So thank you so much for making my experience here one of the best i have had. And to the receptionist that was on today, you’re doing great work. Great service overall

Dr Qudsia Mahmood and Dr Sadiqa Ehsan were absolute sweethearts throughout our maternity journey. Both doctors were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable and supported at every step. Their professionalism combined with warmth made a huge difference during what can be a stressful time. Very disappointed with my experience at this medical centre. The service was extremely unprofessional, and the receptionist’s behaviour was the worst I have ever experienced. Customer service was very poor — no proper guidance, no empathy, and no willingness to help. It honestly felt like they only care about taking money but cannot actually assist patients when needed. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
