Google MapsBridget the physiotherapist is amazing. Listens well and delivers quality treatment everytime. I would love to see an online booking system for Physiotherapy so that you can schedule appointments as needed outside of business hours. Staff always happy to help and greet you each visit.

Google MapsSavvy is an iconic Illawarra business, bringing wellbeing to an ever expanding group of people. Ange is a force of nature and the people she draws around her are all first class fitness trainers and coaches. I joined through Blue Athletic and have carried on with the change of premises and name out to Fairy Meadow - this niche part of the business suits my disabilities (Ange would say my capabilities!) perfectly. They have even changed class times to suit work commitments early in the morning. When I'm out on the bike track and I go past outdoor Savvy groups at Nth Gong and Bulli I see the same passion - not just for athletes but for all ages who just want to be fit and well. The loyalty of the clientele is huge and obvious - a sign of a successful business and a great ethos. I would highly recommend this lifestyle choice to anyone - it makes doing things in the rest of your life at work and at home so much easier being Savvy trained.

Google MapsI love Savvy! The Savvy team are so friendly, encouraging and motivating. I joined Savvy 6 moths ago and I am really enjoying all of the outdoor classes, such a great feeling exercising in the sun. The workouts are very rewarding, Savvy’s absolutely the best !

Google MapsI have been a member of Savvy fitness for 12 years. I have remained with Savvy for so long for many reasons, including: wide range of different classes, well-structured classes that provide great workouts, beautiful outdoor locations in which to exercise, friendly groups of people at each class, but most of all, the instructors - they are friendly, interested in providing you with your best workout, cater for your individual requirements, push you just the right amount and they know who you are, no matter how long you have been with Savvy.
