Spot Therapy Hub

I have been with SPOT therapy hub a few years now, and like some other reviews I am really disappointed in the cancellation policies. I was charged for a session last week which I tried to change (no one answered my calls or messages) but then in the same week a session was cancelled by the therapist two hours before. I have had sessions cancelled a number of times at short notice but I have never complained.It really is a shame that the practice values making money rather than supporting families. I raised this on email but no response.

These guys are amazing. I run a local allied health business, and really love the support that Kate and the team at Spot therapy hub provide for our staff and our patients. Can't recommend these guys enough.

SPOT Therapy Randwick have been supporting both my children with speech and occupational therapy for over three years. Their support and advice has been absolutely terrific and the impact to my childrens' learning and development has been significant. Not to mention the additional support, guidance and referrals they have assisted us with over the years - fantastic! Highly recommended!

We could not have got through the last couple of years without the support and care of my son’s therapists at Spot Therapy Hub. They continue to go above and beyond, and are so adaptable to our changing needs.

I do not recommend this place. They have a terrible billing system and policy. They will ask for your credit card details and charge you before even sending the invoices. Sometimes the invoices don’t arrive so you have to call and request them. I was charged for a $200 deposit for an assessment and then they charged me the full price, so I ended up paying over $400. I am currently waiting for the $200 refund. (Update, I got my refund) Also, I always got a lightning speed ‘enquire/update’ about my child after each session that simply wasn’t enough to cover everything that needed to be discussed. Never got a formally parent update session. Progress notes are non existent. To make things worst, the therapist left and I was formally informed about this 3 days before my session. Luckily, I already knew about it because the therapist told me beforehand. Their centre at Norwest is a joke, no reception, just a piece of paper with their name at the door and in comparison to other places with sensory gyms and equipment the price tag is not worth it (make your own enquires about pricing in comparison to other centres). I am sure that I will get a sugar coated response to this, but everything in this place is just for profit and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
