Google MapsWe've been attending SPOT Therapy for OT and speech for about six years, and I cannot overstate the positive impact they've had not only on my child but on our entire family. Their neuro-affirming and child-centered approach is exceptional. The therapists have built a nurturing, respectful relationship with my son, who is autistic and ADHD, and they consistently promote advocacy for both the child and the family within school and other settings. Most importantly, my son feels safe and supported in the care and guidance of his therapists At SPOT, the focus is always on the child's strengths. They see behaviour as communication, never something to be punished or negatively labeled. Instead of viewing neurodiversity and disability through a deficit-based lens, they celebrate and capitalise on each child's unique strengths. Over the years, we've had different therapists, and I've never worried about transitions. SPOT Therapy ensures their staff are well-trained, mentored, and up-to-date with current best practices. Every therapist we've worked with has been professional, knowledgeable, supportive and collaborative. I truly believe that my son wouldn't be who he is today without the support, advocacy, and expertise we've received from SPOT Therapy. We've tried other clinics in the past, and nothing compares to the care and quality of service here. We are forever grateful for everything they've done.
