Bad service take forever to get a reply about being paid for work done and not truthful at all I would not recommend

Would not help me with a smoke detector that had been beeping for days. Said it was 'against company policy' to do a one off support worker visit even though I'd agreed to them becoming my Support Coordinators. *Against company policy* to help a disabled person with something they can't do themselves! EDIT: I was in the onboarding process and I requested that the denied service be performed after I became a client. You refused so I cancelled my application because you refused to do 1 job for me once I was onboard. It's no wonder you have a 2.3 star rating, you do not belong in this industry.
