I was very happy with our support co ordination from here for both myself and my daughter's ndis plan. Our support co ordinator left and gave us 5 days notice but was told we would have to seek services at another provider as there is no capacity. This has been extremely difficult as we are in an ART case currently and in the same week of being told we would have no support co ordinator anymore my daughter's OT and behaviour support therapist are moving on too. So we've lost 3 services in one week. Really disappointing that we couldn't be supported after our co ordinator left

Hannah on the SA team! I've had my support coordinator for 5 years now, and honestly, I'm starting to think she deserves a medal, a pay rise, and unlimited pistachio balls from aldi. She is kind, caring, incredibly funny, and somehow manages to keep me on track while laughing at my chaos. Her ability to solve problems is honestly impressive – I swear she has a secret superpower hidden somewhere between her coffee and her cookie stash. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. She's professional when she needs to be, hilarious when the situation calls for it, and smart as a cookie (which, as we all know, is the highest level of intelligence). Over the last 5 years she's become more than just a support coordinator – she's been a constant source of support, encouragement, and the occasional reality check when I've needed one. If you're lucky enough to have her as your support coordinator, hold onto her tightly because she's an absolute gem. 10/10. Five stars. No notes. Would definitely choose her again.
