Have seen Samuel Padarcic for a while now. Couldn't recommend him highly enough Friendly, encouraging and very professional. Had me back up and moving in no time with a plan to prevent injuries in the future.

I wanted to give a heads up about my experience with Luke Postlethwaite at The Biomechanics, Footscray. I had been experiencing severe back pain for 10 months. One hour talking with Luke and trying some gentle movements changed that pain to almost non existent within hours. Several days later and I am only experiencing transient niggly pain. My state of mind now is quite buoyant as well Thanks Luke

No matter what weird and wonderful ailment I’ve gone to Sam with over the years, he has been so knowledgeable, able to pivot at a moments notice, and help me through it every time. The staff are so friendly and make you feel like you belong.

Excellent clinic where both exercise physiologists and physiotherapists provide high quality, evidence based care which is personalised to the client's goals, preferences and medical history. PS I love the new squat rack! :)
