I have attended The Biometrics Glen Iris for the past 3 years (formerly Inform) guided by outstanding specialised exercise practitioners. During the past year Melissa Zulli has directed me before and after a knee replacement. The personal programme Melissa wrote for me has been of great benefit, resulting in a significant increase in my strength, flexibiliry and balance. Melissa is a knowledgeable,, supportive caring exercise physiologist. I highly recommend Melissa and the Team at Biomechanics Glen Iris.

I highly recommend the Biomechanics team at Glen Iris. A special shout out to Mel - the improvements in my health and fitness are a testament to her wise, warm and caring approach. At 51- and never having been much of an exerciser - I never imagined I would be lifting some serious weights and running 5km 3 times per week!

I was struggling with recurring hamstring strains and tears. I reached out to The Biomechanics and crossed paths with Sam who was considerate and attentive. He guided me through a strength and conditioning program that had me return to playing with full confidence in my body resulting in my first full injury free season. Will be my go-to for everything now!

I started my exercise journey about 7.5 years ago, in my late 40s. The level of care and support has been phenomenal. I now better understand my body and have strength I never knew existed. I couldn't have done this without Kate and Emma. Truly special women who have changed my life :)
