The Biomechanics

Fantastic team who really care about their clients. The Biomechanics helped me avoid spinal surgery and kept me out of the wheelchair that my 'specialists' told me was basically inevitable without it. They are friendly, kind, and encouraging and make me feel safe while building strength and fitness.

Since starting at their Footscray studio Sam P has quickly become a staple of my weekly training routine. His easy nature and smart professionalism do outstanding credit to has ability and desire to work with all his clients to achieve their best results. I shall miss my morning sessions and coffee with Sam. Glen Iris has taken an absolute superstar from Footscray, amazing things lie ahead! 🏃‍♂️🎉🏃‍♂️

My mother is currently reaping the benefits of Mel, her exercise physiologist at Biomechanics. She is completely impressed with Mel's professionalism and her caring attitude. It seems Mel is a great communicator and listens to my Mother's body, then adapts the bio mechanics to suit her capabilities. My Mum is getting stronger with each visit!

My mum who has Alzheimer’s has benefited greatly from weekly exercise sessions. Emma has sensitively and intelligently encouraged mum to improve her walking capacity. Emma is constantly observing and thinking of ways to create improvements for mum. Mum really enjoys and benefits from her sessions. I find that Emma brings skill, knowledge and experience to our sessions.
