Justin is one of the best and most friendly trainers I have encountered. Before seeing Justin, I was always unsure of my lifting technique and struggled to find a good workout plan that fits my busy lifestyle. I now am confident in my lifting technique, have a good and structured lifting plan, and love going to the gym. My mental clarity has improved dramatically since seeing Justin and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness across all levels.

Justin from The Box is the man! Never been this consistent with my training until I joined his gym. The programming is always on point, and the advice and knowledge Justin brings to the table is top notch. The equipment is killer, and you can tell he’s put a lot of thought into what the gym needs. Plus, he’s just an all-around sweet guy who really cares about every single person that walks through his door. The vibe here is awesome, and I’ve met some great people who keep me coming back. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a place that feels like more than just a gym.

Finding Justin she the team at The Box gym has been such a positive experience. I had tried traditional gyms before but The Box is totally different. Justin & the team at The Box are amazing - their energy, commitment and attention to detail in helping me with my goals are what’s making a difference on my journey. Before joining The Box I had a few injuries and wasn't working out. I was looking for a gym that provided classes hoping it would get me back in to gear. I joined The Box and I haven't looked back. Justin & all the staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to juggling injuries, training, nutrition & recovery. I've learnt a lot in the 6 months I've been here. The Box has helped me train consistently, manage my injuries and make better choices with my nutrition. I'm always leaving the gym with good vibes no matter how bad of a day I've had. All the members are encouraging & friendly and its a great space to take on new goals. I couldn't recommend The Box enough!
