Ok so… this place in Moorebank,,, the first point of contact, Natalie!: “ what’s your name, your address, your telephone number, and tell us exactly the reason that you’re contacting us“. Me: “Do I really need to give you all this information? I’m just making an enquiry”. Natalie: “if you don’t give me this information right now, I can’t give you any information and we’re not gonna see you, we’re not booking you in here!
