Expensive, but you get what you pay for. The psychologists have helped me deal with life better and i appreciate them.

Psychologist made sure I got exposed to her style and what to expect from the first one on one session so if I was not comfortable with her and vice versa I would try someone else at the Lighthouse. Fortunately I am comfortable with her and she has helped me gain CBT skills despite my hesitation yet open-mindedness towards them. Very patient and excellent listener and make sure I could see her as early in the day as possible so I can get to work after.

Expensive, limited availability if you work, and the couples counselling was beyond terrible. If you want something outside of going step by step through an imago worksheet, then you'll be disappointed. Even though we made it clear that this approach was not working for us and could we try changing approaches or introduce us to other techniques - she refused, insisting that it would work if we kept trying. My ex and I are separated. She was a one trick magician that couldn't deviate from her textbook and it cost me more than just money attending. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very bad experience (((((((((((sajida))))))))))))) If there was zero stars I would have given. Really unprofessional attitude and horrible work commitment. Don’t opt for them.

Disgusting organisation needs to be shut down. Kara no help whatsoever. Zero stars.
