Thank you to Trugrade for their excellent customer service and affordable products. My nurse highly recommends the community procedure pack. I can make an order, invoice to my plan manager (NDIS) and have it delivered promptly. When I visit the store, I am greeted by name. I'm impressed!

Outstanding service and customer support. Recently I had a need to purchase medical supplies for my wife and I found Trugrade through a Google search. The company had a vast array of products to choose from. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Made a second purchase of same product but my wife found it to be different from the first supply. Contacted Trugrade and they discovered manufacturer had made changes to this product. As well as offering a refund, they offered to courier a sample range of alternate products for my wife to try. The next day I received a large parcel full of a variety of samples and sizes. Thank you Susanne and the whole team. You are the gold standard for customer support.
