I had Will come to my house to service 3 hoists. He was professional, courteous, thorough and extremely nice. He showed up on time and showed respect to my two disabled children. He is definitely now my preferred technician for all future needs.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Leon Sharp for his extreme helpfulness with trialing some wheelchairs. His product knowledge was immense and he answered all my questions in plain English rather than in-house trade terminology which I would not have understood - and that's very rare these days even though good quality customer service is what creates sales and good reputation. He made careful note of the extras and changes I wanted made and has sent an itemised quote which enabled me to realise I can afford the chair I want and the ordering process is now underway. He was professional and gentle and my son easily communicated with him too.

Darryl at Active Mobility has been awesome - the most professional, knowledgeable and understanding person I've dealt with when it comes to getting the "right" wheelchair - EVER (I'm talking decades)! He is also more more knowledgeable than any occupational therapist I've had - he really knows his stuff! The wheelchairs I've got from Active Mobility are of high quality and really last; and the service team and reception staff are really great too - professional, prompt - again, they really know what they're doing!

We received the best level of support from the beginning to the completion of our request for mobility equipment and aids. Highly recommended.
