Looks like there are many staff there but no one seems to be able to help you and not welcoming at all. Receptionist never smile. Walk in without booking seems to be our fault and requests booking cannot be done on the spot but only accept email booking. Email booking tried but delayed response or no reply. The technicians there are the most helpful people but they are very busy and cannot make direct booking with them. Salesperson knows nothing and kept waiting for technician to find out answers for us. I don't understand the purpose of the Salesperson there. Will try to avoid dealing with this company as much as possible.

I was looked after by Will. Gosh he was AMAZING!! He was so helpful and kind. Everything was done more than perfect! And he didn't leave until even when he was happy with job and he kept asking what else would you like done. What a gem! Thankyou!!! Great servicing team!

Unhappy with the service I’ve received from active mobility. First contact to book an appointment with their showroom went really well, response was very fast and could get an appointment book within a few days. However I’ve requested a quote for the two wheelchairs MULTIPLE times and have not received a response. I shouldn’t have to wait a month for a reply and in fact STILL haven’t gotten a reply with my requested quotes or at least an explanation on why it’s taking so long. Ridiculous.

Fantastic example of going the extra mile. I needed a special part of my wheelchair and we had some trouble identifying the part. Aaron worked tirelessly with the supplier to get me the right part. I really appreciate this extra effort to ensure a happy customer.

If you press the "unhappy" emoji on the website to give a review it gives a "error 404 not found" message. Interesting. Anyway, I was prepared to wait for 7 - 10 days as per website. I waited for two weeks for the things I needed (not wanted, but needed) for my mother. Then I contacted them. They told me the items were on the way. I waited another two weeks and contacted them again. I was then told the entire order was held up until the end of the month because the slippers were not in stock. I was asked if I wanted to proceed with the order in a very curt manner, as if it was my fault. I had no choice really as the other items were desperately needed. So six weeks later I received my order. Disgusting customer service. Go elsewhere if you can find the items you need.
