Two smokers, were guiding one of the parking spots fortunately I found one closer to the door. I stuffed up the delivery and had to come back the next day. Slightly more parking spaces but the same 2 smokers was standing out of the way of the parking spaces. Even more surprising she had on the same blue dress and he had the same blue shirt and tan pants. First day I get there. I timed it badly. The receptionist was off to lunch. The front door has to be remotely unlocked to let you in. There was no on there. I knocked on the door. Rang the bell. I could see staff in both sections there but of course not their problem. Leave a potential customer out in the rain. I pressed the doorbell button several times and even slapped the glass. Someone looked over at me, but obviously it was too much effort. I started ringing to try and get someone to let me in out of the rain and of course no one was answering the phone but finally someone came up who was capable of opening the door. It felt like 10-15 minutes but was probably only 5. They have several factory units there so I walked up and clearly the other door was blocked and was not used. So I paced up and down for a while slapping the window pointing at the door and eventually someone came from a different area and open the door. That person did ask the sales staff that was stuffing around where was? Ms X? One of them cheerful they said oh she's off to lunch which meant that they of course had no duty of care to let a customer in out of the rain. So I went back the next day. I made sure I wasn't in time for the lunch break to happen again but it was a sunny day but there was someone sitting at the reception desk who let me in paged the section that had to come and deal with me. That vital bit of having someone actually doing their job of dealing with customers made the second visit seem like I was visiting a different business. Google wants to take you to the front door which is on busy road and you can't stop there or park. You have to drive around to the next street and drive into the industrial center. And if you're in the right driveway, there's a sign for active mobility parking. The first driveway is clearly marked as being for one company. So about a car length. After that you can see a big driveway into the industrial section and it's very wide. But you can see the active mobility sign straight away
