B Smart Living Caringbah

Never going there again ,wrong size and the older lady there very rude ,not wanting to replace or refund ,they tell you custom made ,it’s not Spoke to company they buy from

We have had nothing but awful experiences with this company. The owner charged us twice and then refused to refund us as apparently we were 2 hours late with our return due to inclement weather. Travelling with a disabled child is hard enough without being told you’re a “whinger” and you’re “not trying hard enough” when you’re stuck in traffic. Company still owes us $150. Avoid at all costs. Really unprofessional and just rude and thieves. Had to threaten them with Fair Trading to get a resolution.

Great service, they were able to describe how to use all the products. They had heaps of stock. Extremely happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend this small business. 😀 …

The staff at B Smart Living were very helpful and pleasant in trying to satisfy my health needs. They were also very patient in making sure the product fitted perfectly.

Excellent service, products and expertise. Tried other places and but this is my go to from now on. Last thing I want for my 90 yr old mum is cheap stuff that doesn’t suit her needs. always helpful; staff that go out of their way to make sure you have the item that will suit you best. Can’t recommend highly enough!
