Google MapsWe have had nothing but awful experiences with this company. The owner charged us twice and then refused to refund us as apparently we were 2 hours late with our return due to inclement weather. Travelling with a disabled child is hard enough without being told you’re a “whinger” and you’re “not trying hard enough” when you’re stuck in traffic. Company still owes us $150. Avoid at all costs. Really unprofessional and just rude and thieves. Had to threaten them with Fair Trading to get a resolution.
