B Smart Living Caringbah

I first took my mother at be Smart a few years ago when living in the shire. They provide excellent customer service. Now we have moved out of area I have gone back there as they remembered who we were. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff.

Very helpful over the phone. Ankle brace was put aside for me to pick up same day. On arrival was assisted on how to put ankle brace on. Well stocked and great service.

Awesome service, got a stocking here last week for an upcoming treatment and the lady that served me and measured me up was so lovely and so helpful, unfortunately I can't remember her name, but I totally recommend this place, the staff are all lovely and very helpful.

I had the pleasure of meeting Josh this morning when I went for a stocking fitting for my leg. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the product, he measured me for the correct fit, and gave me so much information on using and how to care for them.

B Smart Living Caringbah service and advise was phenomenal. I have brought my mum over from fiji and her mobility is impaired due to injury and weight. B Smart personnel were honest, ethical and provided me with good advise when I was choosing the equipment. I felt confident and relieved once I walked out of there. Such a great help. Forever grateful.
