Plan Managers that feel more like trusted friends. The planner Allan gave me great advice leading into a plan review for my daughter. His advice enabled me to get rid of things that were useless and add items that were useful, getting a better outcome as a result.

Working in the disability industry, I can find it difficult to find services for my daughter and I carefully consider conflict of interest whilst still getting the best for her. Blitzit's been wonderful and the professional separation of me as a Mum and not someone in the industry has been very appreciated.

Blitzit have been a very frustrating Plan Manager to work with. We have experienced very long delays in them making payments for services properly invoiced for. Not the worst Plan Manager I have had to deal with, but in close competition with them. I don't recommend Blitzit.

We have been with blitzit for 4 years now they have managed my sons plan They are just so amazing all the staff are extremely polite and so helpful any time I have a question they explain it perfectly, even if you don’t have a appointment and just drop in there. There more then happy to assist you. All our providers are also very happy to deal with them for prompt payments. It is disappointing to some bad reviews as we have never had a issue in 4 years. I would 100% recommend them to all. Keep up you great work looking forward to working with for many more years. Thanks to all the amazing staff for all your hard work.
