I can never choose for a phone appointment when booking online, they also never list my doctor when I go to book an appointment. Anytime I call myself, I get told very rudely that I’m supposed to book online and no one listens when I explain I can’t book one correctly. I’ve only had one lady be nice and book my appointment via phone but every other receptionist acts like I’m a burden for trying to get medical care. I’m not sure why I keep getting this treatment when my mom who sees the same doctor is able to book appointments via phone with no hassle. I just want my medication. I shouldn’t have to go all the way there in person just to ask for a prescription refill. edit: just made another appointment over the phone and the woman that helped me this time was very nice. More like her please!

The check-in process is ludicrous. Last time I came here, I was told I never checked in. I did, via the kiosk and was told it was successful and to have a seat. Then after I finally got into a room, I was forgotten. Literally forgotten. And guess what. Im here again now and its looking like the exact same situation is unfolding. This will definitely be the last time at this location. I've never run into this issue elsewhere. The ER would probably be faster.

I've been trying for over a month now to book an online appointment. It doesn't accept my info. I've been a patient of Dr. Razouki's for years. The receptionists are rude and not friendly at all. When they had their practice in Langley it was the best. Service, professionalism was awesome. Now, I can't get answers for anything.

The place is good for medical checkup and diagnosis. They accept walk-in and appointments. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The place look clean and organized but definitely needs improvement. They still use the paper file system which you find when you login with their receptionist after you enter the clinic to have you lined up. There is always a long que anytime of the day everyday so better call for appointment or come in early to avoid the hassle. Parking space is ample you can always find an empty spot somewhere and it is free of charge. The clinic is located right in the heart of cloverdale making it sccessible to both public or private transport. It is beside all major establishment like dollarstore, shoppers drug mart, gasoline station, banks, pubs, medical laboratories, no frills, kfc, ace hardware just to name some. Doctors are professional and accommodating making the visit nice. Overall good experience and reccommended to visit to get medical attention.

I have gone to this clinic for years now. After my own doctor retired a number of years ago I started going here. I have been seen by a number of doctors here over the last 12 to 15 years. I find I have liked almost every single one. The one I didn't care for was just a personality clash I think. However all the doctors I have seen have been kind, listened well, were thorough in examination and tests when needed were done with quick results. They work hard under a very strict time line to get to the next patient but I never have felt rushed or like I didn't matter. I often ask if they are taking new patients but no, they aren't. Just too many people who need doctors and not enough to handle the demand. So I am glad that the doctors I have seen I feel confident in and I trust. That is big. The office staff have always been polite and manage the more often than not full waiting room with professionalism.
