I am grateful that Dr. Razouki took me on as a patient a couple of years ago, when I was pregnant, especially after my previous family doctor became too busy to accommodate timely appointments. Dr. Razouki is a great doctor! He listens carefully and quickly finds solutions to our concerns. He is kind and very knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have him as our family doctor!

i’ve followed my family doctor to three different clinics now and i’ve never had the issues i’ve had with this clinic. every single in-person appointment i’ve had, has been at the least 20 minutes late and at the most we were at over an hour in the waiting room and i just left without being seen. this is my family doctor, and if i have to pay a late penalty for not showing up to my appointment, why is it ok for them to not respect my time at all? super unfortunate. if it wasn’t so hard to switch doctors, i would. and not because of my doctor, hes fine. for some reason they had no phone appointments available, i had to refill my medication (that i’ve been on for 3 years) by COMING INTO THE CLINIC to say “refill” and i waited over 40 mins to see the doctor? on a day i had to leave work for this. why even make an appointment? i guess we can all just show up whenever it’s convenient?

Received a phone call today from a Dr in the clinic and she is not my Family Doctor. Even after I told her that I already have an appointment tomorrow (with my own Dr) she kept on telling me test results. Most bothersome was that she spoke to me as if I was a child and basically said “I wanted to talk to you before you talk to Dr.___”. Not very professional in my eyes and even more concerning is that she has charged BC Medical for an unauthorized (by me) and unnecessary phone conversation.

I can never choose for a phone appointment when booking online, they also never list my doctor when I go to book an appointment. Anytime I call myself, I get told very rudely that I’m supposed to book online and no one listens when I explain I can’t book one correctly. I’ve only had one lady be nice and book my appointment via phone but every other receptionist acts like I’m a burden for trying to get medical care. I’m not sure why I keep getting this treatment when my mom who sees the same doctor is able to book appointments via phone with no hassle. I just want my medication. I shouldn’t have to go all the way there in person just to ask for a prescription refill. edit: just made another appointment over the phone and the woman that helped me this time was very nice. More like her please!
