You can’t call them to cancel or change appointments. I’ve tried to get a hold of them 5 times to change my appointment and there is no way to reach them. Ridiculous.

Terrible clinic . No point of making appointments here . You don’t get your turn for hours even if you book an appointment. Front desk staff is so rude and disrespectful. If you ask them anything they will just say doctor is running behind the schedule. .

The phone appointment was very good with the doctor immediately accessing and discussing with me a previous emergency room CT scan from 4 years ago that had never been reviewed.

I was grateful Clovercare still let me see my regular GP, Dr. Frankel even though I was late due to traffic this morning. However, I still wish he was more frequently available to see. It’s been several months since I last saw Dr. Frankel in person.
