First2Care are quick to answer the phone (unlike so many organisations these days!) and are always helpful, with any queries quickly resolved. The team also are vigilant, picking up errors with invoices and requesting service providers to correct these. We always receive a copy of each invoice and it is easy for us to have an invoice placed on hold if we need to check the accuracy of the details.

First2Care staff are exceptionally efficient and friendly. Our account Manager Alex Anthony is always on hand and flexible with time and answers questions diligently and explains step by step. Always calls back if he misses the call on the day if not the next day. The accounts are processed and paid in a very quick turnaround. No frustration or issues. Amazingly , this is the first time that I have come across a company with management that are so efficient with no mistakes made. I would highly recommend everyone out there to utilise this company for any NDIS matters or whatever may be. Especially for a first timer like me who needed all the guidance I could get. I never felt inferior. Always supported along with way. I plan to keep First2Care for all my accounts and needs for NDIS for the future.

We've been with First2Care since the beginning of our NDIS journey and I have nothing but praise for them. We had a few hiccups with our plan along the way and the team were extremely supportive. Invoices are always paid promptly and they send out a budget summary every month so you can keep track of your funding. Phone calls are always pleasant - answered quickly and with friendly rapport.
