First2care

I changed to First2Care after my other provider “dropped the ball”. Alex and team have been great. Always in top of things and payment to my support team has been prompt. Would not even consider changing, I highly recommend them!

I have found the team at First2Care to be wonderful - very personable, friendly, helpful and patient. They really know the in’s and out’s of the NDIS and how to navigate it. They are very reliable and quick to pay invoices, and keep me informed regularly with how my budget is going. They are also very transparent, with their own portal, so I can check things out whenever I like. They keep me constantly up-to-date with changes and are always available (and understanding) to help or explain things to me. They have really helped make my experience of the NDIS a lot easier.

First2Care are absolutely amazing! No long hold times on the telephone, super quick turn around with invoices. Customer service is always super helpful and if they don’t have the answer for you they will find it for you and even offer to call you back. Before First2Care I was with a different provider who were absolutely shocking. I am SO glad I changed providers! I HIGHLY recommend First2Care, it’s the best decision you will make!

I would be lost without First2Care as my Plan Managers! The friendly team are readily available to listen on the phone or quick to respond to an email. They go that extra distance to help me understand and manage my plan.The team provide supportive advice and have advocated on my behalf when I've experienced a couple of hurdles with service providers, for which I am very grateful. My invoices are always paid on time, saving me the headache of needing to manage more paperwork. Thank you First2Care for your genuine and professional care.

Frist2Care have been my plan mangers for about 10 months and the team have been nothing but great with getting my payments sorted hassles free. Having the app and the great benefit with keeping track of the invoices they have paid, I would definitely recommend them.
