I've been with NDSP since March 2021 and they've been incredibly helpful, fast to pay invoices and absolutely lovely to speak with. Every support worker I've had tells me they can't believe how amazing they are compared to others and what they've been told from people they know using other plan managers. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone on the NDIS.

It is always very easy to talk to a staff member and with minimal waiting time. I love the portal as I can keep a check on my budget and invoices that get submitted. This has felt very empowering for me. I also feel safe.

I would recommend NDSP as plan managers as they always pay my accounts on time and let me when they have received an invoice to pay. I have been with them for about four years and are really happy with the staff when I ring them to talk about my budget. Always very helpful.

NDSP are one of (few) efficient & competent Plan Managers. Invoices are paid quickly, without the usual spin & excuses we get from others. They look after the providers & NDIS recipients with courtesy & respect. Highly recommend them!
