Take Charge Assessment and Therapy has been working with NDSP Plan Management for a number of years. We have a number of common clients. We have found NDSP to be professional and reliable. The payment cycles are some of the quickest in the industry. My company would recommend their services to NDIS participants.

As a support worker, I can’t say anything negative about the speed in which they process my invoices. However, as someone who’s genuinely concerned about their clients, I’d never recommend NDSP. My client has never met with their support coordinator or plan manager in person, in fact they switch their phones off during work hours so my client isn’t able to contact them. The funding hasn’t been properly monitored and critical resources have been allowed to run out before applying for a plan revision. They’re quick to bill for sending an email, but when it comes to ensuring the welfare of their NDIS Clients, they fall well short of the mark.

I honestly could not recommend NDSP they made claiming consumables so incredibly difficult. Often payment requests were lost or not paid requiring more follow up. Their dashboard didn’t work properly often showing cancelled consumable requests still as pending. Very messy. I have tried to sort the problems out with their admin but was met with a lot of incompetence and resistance. The problem seems to stem from lack of training of their phone operators sadly. I’m now with another company and having no issues.

I have been with NDSP since the beginning of the NDIS. All of the worries and concerns of handling funding have been handled by NDSP without any fuss or bother. They are extremely efficient and reliable and words cannot express how grateful I am to be with such an efficient and friendly organization. They are a very highly recommended team of dedicated professionals. Thankyou to NDSP.

The best Plan Managers that we have had. Past Managers would not reply to emails and were impossible to catch by phone. It was extremely frustraing. NDSP have been fantastic in all aspects, I highly recommend them. Thank you team!
