As a sold provider I find My plan manager to exceed in customer service, consistency and professionalism. One of the best plan managers ensuring no participant is left without support due to invoices not being paid.

I have used My Plan Manager since I joined the NDIS around five years ago. I am an NDIS recipient and I both lodge claims myself and have my service providers lodge their claims with MPM. I have occasionally had problems over that time mainly with claim lodgement and confusion about eligibility of my claim or the format of the claim but there is a resolution process, and in the end I have been happy with the outcome. I have noticed over the last year that claims processing has got much quicker and certainly recurring claims are processed within a day and sometimes within an hour. If you are looking for a Plan Manager, I would recommend this organisation.
