"Since being appointed with McArthur, I must say that we had a lot of positive things to say about them. All the NDIS plan was taken into consideration and emails were replied to promptly. Very caring and helpful to all our needs. Very professional in their duties. Always place the customer first and appreciate our feedback for any improvement. The sense of empathy and confidence that our SC has in their job, makes us feel we have chosen the perfect support coordinator. Keep up the good work"

Catherine has done a wonderful job of supporting me with my NDIS plan. She explains everything clearly and lets me progress toward the goals of my plan at my own pace. She is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful and responds to my questions very quickly. I don’t know how I managed before Catherine came along.

I have been supported by Ricky for the past 5 years Ricky has helped me achieve my goals and assisted during my times of crisis around the complex NDIS Web around home modifications and plan reviews. From the initial NDIS plan to now my 5th plan I have been supported all the way through by my Support Coordinator with understanding my NDIS plan with greater understanding of the NDIS processes I can’t thank Ricky enough for his continued support!.

Catherine Doherty and her Support Co-ordination team at McArthur have provided us with the most outstanding service over the past several years. They are professional, respond quickly, kindly and caringly in every situation. They are committed to providing the best level of customer care - professional, courteous and a genuine care for their clients. Emails and calls are responded to in less that 24 hours. Support workers are sourced carefully and invoices paid promptly to providers. Routine Checks and controls are also conducted to ensure NDIS plans are managed in accordance with the NDIS guidelines.
