The plan management team have been great. Communication by email has always been easy and invoices paid on time.

Started 2018 with MOIRA Fin. Management: OMG! Took 9 emails + 7 calls to set up originally! Given conflicting advice - often. Very confusing. Very slow to pay, takes me many calls + emails to encourage MOIRA staff to pay an invoice. So confusing. So complicated.

Feeling disgusted with the service or lack of from the PMP department. Took forever to send the contract form out. Then refused contract as there “wasn’t money in the NDIS budget”. Contract signed end of April. No communication after evidence there was. Invoices sent for payment 2x but nothing paid. Yesterday nothing still had been paid out of the budget. Today checking on the budget for a new plan manager since moira doesn’t seem to be managing this plan. It seems Moira is taking money out today their set up fee & 4 months worth of account fees. How they have the audacity to take four months of fees when they only got a signed contract end of April I have no idea.

Insensitive, incompetent, unresponsive, useless. Cannot think of a good thing to say regarding this service.
